Rude, nasty people. If you want to be talked down to and treated as if you are an idiot., Dr. Petersen and his staff are a great choice!
Hands down the most unprofessional and awful experience I have ever had at the hands of a medical doctor.
Do yourself a favor and drive to Lincoln, Nebraska for your oral surgery needs.

The secretary was extremely rude. She called me on the day of the surgery to inform me that i needed to follow the pre op procedures. I was never informed that my surgery was scheduled. I had a lot of pain following the procedure and when i called the doctor he would talk over me and make me feel like i was being stupid. They never sent me a bill and called several months later that i owed more and should have known because my insurance company sent me a statement. they also said i owed the money plus interest. I will never refer anyone to that facility. It was a horrible experience start to finish
