I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
