The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome and at ease. The nursing questions have always been answered quickly. I can't say enough good things about the office and staff. I knew Dr. Olson and had confidence in him, so I knew surgery would go well. The nurses were fantastic, even getting us coffee while we waited. They were professional AND personable at every turn.

While Dr. Olson is very nice and I believe, a good physician I have a problem with how they run their business. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get in to see anyone - the Dr.s at ENT make most of their money doing surgeries. In the 15yers I have gone there I have never been able to see anyone while I am symptomatic (even with another Dr.s referral). The staff doesn't seem to care if you are in extreme pain, dizziness, etc. etc. Appointment will still usually be 1-2 months out. Additionally, the office staff has been extremely rude on more than one occassion..

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
