Called to make initial appointment, was put on hold without an option. Wouldn't put me on a waiting list for possible cancelations. Disappointed it was four weeks out for first available appointment.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.
