Got worse after seeing her with other conditions which she refused to acknowledge leaving me in dire straights. Her diagnosis took 5 minutes too fast.

Some reviews seem harsh. I am not seeing Dr. Reisz to make a friend. And she is not there to be our friend. She is there to evaluate, educate and resolve patient issues and concerns. My questions are answered fully, and when we are done she does leave the room quickly. Which she must to try to keep the wait times for each patient as manageable as possible. She is logical and analytical, which some may take as rude. I would submit, while no one is perfect, and we all have bad days, perhaps her direct style seems rude to some because she isn't fawning all over them. Support staff could use improvement in personal contact, and efficiencies. This office is the hardest office of any doctor I have ever seen to set an appointment. I have kept a log, and so for 50 % of the time I do not get a call back from anyone.
