Getting anything accomplished at this office is almost impossible. The office staff are completely oblivious and uncaring to patient needs, along with being some of the most discourteous people to deal with. After a recent phone call to the office I was left in tears from their lack of compassion. Aside from that it seems almost impossible to get replies back from the doctor and when you do get a reply it is usually from an assistant/nurse. Short story I'd go elsewhere if there was an option.
