I saw my PCP 5 times for a cough I had for 3 months. I kept being told to take Allegra. When I went in the 5th time I stated it cannot be allergies. After having a cough attack that caused me to black out in front of my two year old daughter I found the closest ENT I could to my office. It just happened to be Dr. Coffman. After explaining everything I had gone through, the visits, the x-rays, the meds, the blackouts, the lack of sleep... He said, "Are you ready to stop coughing?". He then shook my throat, which caused another cough attack and explained I have a hyperactive nerve. I was put on proper medication. Within 24 hours, my cough stopped. I am now off the medication and cough free.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will and have recommended Dr. Coffman to my family and friends,
