Dr. Hertenstein is awesome. However, front desk staff is rude! The lady answered the phone was very rude.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
