There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. THIS DOCTOR IS VERY RUDE, HE IS SOMEWHAT CRAZY, AND HE THINKS HE IS BETTER THAN ME. NEVER GO HERE
