They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It seems to be in a very pleasant neighborhood. The majority of times the office does run on time.

For the most part, the physician has been pleasant when talking with me and asking questions. Some of the staff are very friendly and/or seem very professional and adept at their job. Others, at times, seem impatient, rude, and/or inept at their position. Some visits I get an actual office visit with the physician and sometimes I do not. I think, perhaps, it is because the physician sees so many patients in a day. Little medical information given back to the patient and trying to get some issues resolved is a joke. I am unsure of the patient privacy within the office. I would rather have my situation discussed to my face in private and not seemingly to an assistant in the hallway, supposedly, out of earshot. I find that scenario disrespectful I also do not approve of assistants in the procedure room sharing pictures on their cell phone with friend(s) while I am lying on my stomach with my butt-cheeks partially showing. I do not consider that professional or respectful. And I do not like someone walking away from me and not answering a question; which later seemed to cause me a problem.

They are probably very competent at the actual treatment. But, trying to get a prescription or question answered can be very daunting. There seems to be confusion at times...which is cause for my concern.

I completely agree with everything Robert said and I WAS a patient for many years at the St. Peters office. Dr. Coleman is terrific, but I grew weary of the incompetent, unpleasant staff and the waiting...waiting...waiting.
