Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
