Our family LOVES Dr. Franczyk!! She truly loves children and is ALWAYS in a pleasant mood!!!! IF WE MOVED I WOULD DRIVE HOURS FOR HER!

I am a little disappointed with how outdated the examining rooms are. The toys are very old & used :) & the size of the waiting & examination rooms are small. I was a little surprised when I saw the quality of their equipment. It was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. The push pedal waste cans are all broken, so that if you want to throw something away, you have to physically touch the trash can! This is the case in all the exam rooms & the waiting rooms. I like this office because they are easy to get ahold of and to get an appt,

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. . When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My biggest complaint is the trash can push peddles don't work in ANY of the rooms, so if you wash your hands you have to touch the lid to throw away you paper towel. About a year ago, I phoned the hospital housecleaning dept. of this and obviously they did nothing about it.
