I started my relationship with Dr. Kurley in 2004. I consider myself a tough critic because by profession I am a nurse who works in an operating room. I know what to look for to find a good surgeon, and that is Dr. Kurley. I started my relationship with Advanced Aesthetics in 2004. My first procedure was a tummy tuck. From the moment I walked in the door my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is great, professional in every way. The anesthesia staff is exceptional, never hesitated about putting my own care in their hands. I just recently had a thigh lift in January. I am excited with the results so far, and look forward to fully recovering. I want to be honest, plastic surgery is not for everyone, there is pain involved, and optimum results take time and patience, and Dr. Kurley and his staff are with you every step of the way.

Doctor Kurley performed the following procedures on me: Breast Augmentation I had my BA on 9/8/2011 and I am so pleased with how it went. I was worried a lot about the pain and I have to say that although I haven't had a lot of surguries in my life, this was about as close to painless as you can get. I was uncomfortable for 2 days after the surgery, but never really in pain. Not only am I pleased with the lack of pain, but the results are awesome. I had the procedure done on Thursday afternoon and by Sunday it was like nothing had happened. I was back to work on Monday without skipping a beat. After seeing how easy it was, a lot of my friends have expressed interest in getting their breasts done. I would absolutely recommend Dr Kurley to any of them. While I have never been to any other plastic surgeon's office, Dr. Kurley's facility is nice and clean, his staff is excellent, and everything went off without a hitch!

After having 2 breast augmentations, breast lift and tummy tuck I had less than desirable results and 2 cases of capsular contracture. After talking to multiple girls at work they all highly recommended Dr Kurley. My first meeting with Dr Kurley I knew he was the surgeon for me! He explained everything about the procedures thoroughly, gave me realistic expectations and most importantly earned my trust. He was nothing like the 6 prior surgeons I had talked to that rushed through everything and treated me like a pay check. I ended up having breast augmentation with smaller implants, scar revision and lipo suction on my flanks. I must say that I am absolutely thrilled with my results! Before I looked as if I was "butchered", I now have a beautiful body with the proper curves. After 6 months I have had no issues with my implants, unlike before they started to go bad after 2 months. I have a feeling he finally cured my issues with capsular contracture! I would highly recommend Dr Kurley. Always remember to have realistic expectations!

I am very pleased with your services, very pleased with the results of my BOTOX and fillers administered by Dr. Kurley. Also enjoyed my facial and microdermabrasion. Your prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful adn professional.
