I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
