It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
