I had an appointment with Dr. Harrison and would have been 10 minutes late due to an extremely stressful day. Dr. Harrison canceled the appointment, then called it a 'no show' on my part and refused to reschedule. This one-strike-you're-out policy equals zero compassion for his patients, and a health care provider without compassion is no health care provider at all. Do not begin a patient-doctor relationship with Dr. Harrison, and if you have begun one, end it immediately. One day you, too, will be running 10 minutes late and be dropped as a patient.
