Horrible Doctor. He sounds like he is irritated to talk to you. He seems like he doesn't care at all about the patient. He is rude and disrespectful. One of the worst bedside manner I have seen in over 2 decades of seeing different doctors. He should get some training on how to be nice to people. He is mean and not nice.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The staff made me feel so unwelcome! They are extremely rude people.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was pleased with the friendliness of the doctor. It is something I look for in health care providers. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I didn't notice any foul odors.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There are a number of endocrinologists much closer to home, but I will travel the hour to see the best. Dr. Bayer is awesome!
