Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
