I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Bligard three times. Each time, we have waited over 30 minutes to be seen and received no apologies or explanations as to the delay. On our last visit, my daughter had to miss school to go to the appointment. Then we were checked into an exam room and waited for just over 30 minutes. Dr. Bligard came in without knocking and said hello. Then when it took my daughter a few seconds to close down her kindle and respond, the Dr. said, "Fine, I'll just go on to my next patient then." Then she turned around and walked out. Are you kidding me?!? Who does she think she is? We waited 30 minutes and she couldn't give us 30 seconds? Obviously our feelings, needs and health are unimportant to her. I WILL NEVER GOBACK.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
