It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Sort of, I wasn't entirely convinced she/he knew what they were talking about

I recently called to inquire about just having my glasses rx rechecked. The person who answered the phone was VERY unfriendly. She acted almost like she was put out. She rudely told me they wouldn't just check the glasses prescription. I may have gone ahead and asked to book a regular eye exam, but if the receptionist is that rude I'm afraid to see how the rest of the staff behaves towards patients.
