They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Whenever I see them, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. They're always making an extra effort to make all their patients feel special and respected. Dr. Wilson explained every diagnosis to me so I understood everything. He gave me all my options and left every decision up to me. I felt totally respected by he and his staff.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of
