I've had chronic acne for six years. I only saw Dr. Wilkins on occasion. It's near to impossible to see an actual doctor at the clinic he works at. Instead of seeing my normal doctor, I would be sent off to see nurses and other doctors, none of which were familiar with my medical history. I finally left once a random doctor came in to see me and suggested a medicine I had tried three years ago which left my skin burned.
The office itself is hardly ever open at a convient time and it's difficult to get a hold of their staff as they stop taking phone calls around four. Their staff is fine but nothing exceptional in terms of service.
I've now changed dermatologists. I put up with six years of horrible service and have spent hundreds of dollars on treatments that didn't work. Hopefully this new doctor will be able to help me with what I need.
