Parking wasn't the issue. Waiting WAS! First, you wait in the waiting room for a half hour, then you see an assistant or somebody? Then you get to wait AGAIN for about 15 minutes in ANOTHER waiting room. Then, you are lucky enough to see the DR, who also didn't LISTEN! NONE of the staff LISTENED to either my daughter or myself. To me, this office reminded me of a "Senior Glaucoma MeatMarket". We had FOUR appointments and they STILL did not give her an exam for eyeglass prescription when I asked for it the FIRST (2nd, 3rd-gave up on 4th-didn't ask) visit! Assistans are VERYcondescendning and downright RUDE!

Hopefully, they treat the seniors better than that! I would hate to think of my grandparents being treated poorly!

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
