They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
