They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
