Their equipment seems to be in fairly good condition. Somewhat outdated office. They don't have the newest stuff, but it got the job done. The doctor was extremely rude. Never been treated like that as a customer. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. I don't care if I have to drive to another town to find a different dermatologist, I will NEVER go back there.

Dr. Hess is one of the best dermatologists in her field. I developed a case of Lichen Planus after I had Ulcerative Colitis. She was quick to biopsy and diagnose the problem so we could find treatment. She is always researching my condition and looking for diffrent options for me because I am sensitive to a lot of meds. She has been more than generous with samples and has a bubbly nice personality. We are blessed to have her in our community. No need to travel to Indy or Ft. Wayne for great Dermatology care!!!

They out of their day to call me so I don't forget my appointment. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.My skin problem was taken care or in an efficient and caring manner

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I honestly feel like I left with more problems than I went in with after seeing this doctor... it was all for nothing. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.
She put me on 3 medications. Used them all only once and had an allergic reaction that landed me in the E.R. Which was not her fault because neither one of us knew I was allergic to them. After another visit with Hess she told me I needed to use those medications yet again after My face swelled up terribly, my eyes almost swelled shut and the swelling started to constrict my airway. The ER doctor wouldnt give me a shot of steroids because they would only last me a few hours then I would be right back to where I was. That's how bad the swelling was. He put me on prednizone and the swelling finally went away after almost a week. I will never refer any one to Dr. Hess, ever.
