Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile
How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited?
