I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
