I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was really glad that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, which a couple of other places I've been to have done. They told me to take all the time I needed to think it over. Their equipment seemed fairly current, but it definitely wasn't the top of the line. I'm sure everything they used was safe, just not the most sophisticated.

I was very disappointed with both the inefficiency of the practice as well as the nonchalance of Dr. Lucas. Numerous billing mistakes were made after my consultation. I barely missed the criteria for having a breast reduction paid for by insurance. Yet, Dr. Lucas refused to complete the form for me to have the procedure paid for with MY OWN flexible spending account. I was not asking the man to commit insurance fraud. This was my own money, that i had put aside. Yet, this "doctor" claimed that the procedure would be "cosmetic" in nature, despite the fact that IO am a 32 DDD bra size and am having horrific back pain.

He even admitted that he is paid the same salary whether he performs 1 surgery or 1000. He is, to me, is a man at the end of his career who prefers to do the least amount of work necessary to collect a salary.
