My child absolutely loves Michael Lemon, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments?
Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Dr. Lemon is great, and so are the rest of the staff (best, gentlest nurses in NW Ohio, and that's my son saying that, whose gotten all his shots there). Highly, highly recommended -- takes the time to talk through things, is respectful and attentive with both adults and children, and obviously very competent. He has guided us through some really scary, tricky issues and we think the world of him.
