They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Lemon really takes the time to be sure that I understood everything that was going on. I didn't feel rushed in any way.

One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
