The staff here is horrible. The doctors are competent and nice, but I don't want to deal with people who are rude, snippy, and obviously hate their jobs. I will never return.

I have a hero and his name is David Shearer. He took his time with me even though the the place was packed. He examined me and knew exactly what was wrong. I was so scared before going. I had so many skin condition problems. He addressed each and every one. thanks again Dr. Shearer.I am so happy I have him for a doctor..

David shearer is ok - his staff is RUDE!!!!!! They don't care about your business so it speaks poorly for the doctors. Expect to wait about 45 minutes to see the doctor. When you call in for an appointment or ask for a refill of a prescription - look to see them not answer the phone. I can call three of four times and it will ring, ring, ring...When they finally pick up they say - we are just busy! No apologies - i don't care attitude. They are disgusting!

My experience at this office was about as bad as it can get. They kept us waiting ONE HOUR past our appointment time, which as a new patient was disgraceful. I dread to think how they treat their regular patients. The Doctor spent all of about 2 minutes in the room, enough to declare that the patient had skin cancer and then leave. The biopsy was taken and no-one returned our calls to get the results. When the results came back there was NO cancer present. over a week of worry for no reason. There were no post-op instructions given for the biopsy and no one returned calls when we called to ask what we should do for wound care. Felt that we were a total inconvience to them. Best thing everyone can do is register with a dermatologist and have their first visit so if there is ever a problem they are an established patient and they do not have to go to this state-run clinic environment.
