I visited while HURRICANE IRMA chased my family out of FL.
NP Theresa, Charlie & Staff all were fantastic !!!
Wish they were in Central Florida...
Better than my hospital affiliated Endo group in FL, in their practice, manners, & problem solving..
Great People, they listen, think, advise clearly & offer compassion & HELP.
Rare virtues..

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
Completely!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they are almost always unavailable

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
Yes, I had to wait forever.
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
No. It took me several times to get through.
Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit?
No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

After visiting 3 GPs that did not seem to think I needed an Endo, I got an appt with Dr Landsden. So glad I did, she was very understanding of my issues & I finally felt like someone was listening to me. Still working out the kinks in my treatment plan, (I seem to have every side effect known to man) but she & her staff have been prompt at calling me back and helping me adjust dosages etc. Very thorough on the initial visit about my history.
Another acquaintance of mine did not think the Dr had a great 'bedside manner', I didn;t see that at all. I thought she was simply listening and processing what kind of help she could give to me.
