They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

The competent staff and Dr. Helveston seem completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. This opinion is shared by friends of mine who also use Dr. Helveston. We drive quite a distance to see Dr. Helveston and we are happy to do so. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I have never had to wait very long, either. For instance, If my appointment is at 1:30, I am usually seen at that time or shortly after. That is GREAT!

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to shopping centers, the hospital, other clinics and a pharmacy right on site. Also, I want to report that the staff is warm and inviting....very , VERY friendly. An added bonus was that my wait time was zilch! What a pleasant surprise! I can't say that the wait time is always like this because this was my first appointment and I was scheduled at 1:00 p.m. I have to realize that unexpected things can happen to delay an appointment time but this time is was perfect. Dr. Helveston took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Too many times, doctors seem in such a hurry that you barely get to talk to him. (or her). I appreciated being treated like a real person and not like one in a herd of cattle being tendered to. Kudos to Dr. Helveston and his staff!!
