There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
