They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
