No, but they thoroughly explained why every vaccination was important

Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They are extremely reliable. I love the way that they
interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.
