The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They were very polite. I was confused when I left the office because I was not sure what to expect with my eyesight now that I am blind it would have made a huge difference if providers took the time to educate about my condition. I was not told that I would need surgery. Since I was discharged from my job due to missed days of work due to my illness I now cannot afford to have the surgery.
