As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
