Four years ago she wasn't so bad. Last year we moved for 3 months, came back to her and she had gotten rid of my daughters records. The staff has always been rude and her sister is nuts. I don't know what happened to USA but she wouldn't listen to anything I was telling her about my kids and just rushed us out. She told me my daughter was caught up on her shots and turns out she wasn't. This place is a total mess. The office itself is dirty and smells. I wouldn't go back if I was paid for it.

Yes, they made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid

Definitely not. They didn't know anything about child safety or nutrition

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me

I had to pay out of pocket because I was a new patient, and later when my insurance covered my payment the Dr. would not authorize a payment, so it's almost 6 months later and they still haven't reimbursed me, despite making several calls to the office.

The office help routinely bickers with each other in front of patients and children.
The waiting room is dirty.

I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood.
They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. Not hospitable for me or my sick child.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. Dr. Patel took the time to get to know my family, she never made us feel rushed.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
