RECENTLY MY NIECE VISITED THE PEDIATRIC CLINIC, THIS IS HER FIRST CHILD. SHE PICKED HER SON UP FROM THE NURSERY BECAUSE HE HAD A TEMP OF 103. SHE CALLED THE CLINIC AND THEY TOLD HER THEY WERE BOOKED TILL FIVE, AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO BRING HIM IN THE MORNING. SHE PICKED UP HER SON FROM THE NURSERY, AND SHE WAS SCARED BECAUSE HE STILL HAD THE TEMP AND HE REALLY WAS SICK. ,SO SHE DECIDED THAT SHE DIDNOT FEEL COMFORTABLE TAKING HIM HOM, SO SHE WENT TO THE CLINIC AT 04;35, AND EXPRESS HER CONCERNS AND SHE WAS GREETED BY A NURSE, THAT THEY CLOSED AT 500 AND THE DOCTORS WOULD NOT SEE HIM, THE WAITING ROOM WAS EMPTY AND THE DRS WERE STILL IN THE OFFICE.. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE DR RHENEYS AND DR CAUGHMANS. WHY HAVE THES DRS LOST THE EMPATHY OF A NEW MOTHER WHO WAS SCARED AND ALLOWED HER OFFICE HELP TO GET AN ATTITUDE WITH MY NIECE.IT APPEARS THAT BOTH OF THESE DRS NEED TO GO BACK TO MEDICAL SCHO0L AND RETAKE HOW TO TREAT A NEW MOTHER IN DISTRESS 101. SHAME ON YOU PEDIATRIC CLINIC AN I HOPE MY NIECE WILL DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICES.

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Sometimes, but most of the time they aren't

Yes, and my child likes them

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I spend a little time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
