Dr. Dana has been friendly in the past. But we recently received a letter that he would no longer treat my husband. He had been our doctor for over 15 years. Discovered a melanoma on his stomach and removed it. A few months ago he did 2 biopsies on my husband. Referred him to a Mohs surgeon for surgery on his nose. That was cut out and 17 stitches were needed. Dr. Dana did the other biopsy on his back. His receptionist called to say he needed to come in for "some lotion" for his back. She indicated this was a low priority and it was very difficult to understand her accent. We were also dealing with other serious medical issues that were life threatening. For them to refuse treatment to long standing patients is outrageous. Neither one of us is going back.

I love Dr. Dana. He is so personable and when you are dealing with horrible skin conditions it's not a fun topic. He makes you feel comfortable about your issues. He also helped me with a problem I had for years and no other derm doctors were able to diagnose it!

I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. I was quite impressed with how much progress I made after my visit. They really helped me a lot, and I feel more hopeful about my health. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Dr. Dana is always willing to take as much time as you need to make you feel comfortable and understand what is going on!
