One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I could tell that all the staff and nurses really enjoyed working there. They must have a really good boss. I was really glad that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, which a couple of other places I've been to have done. They told me to take all the time I needed to think it over.
