I have been seeing this dr for over 12 years. I have found them to be caring. They are strict within and as far as federal law goes. But with the histara can you blame them. Just follow the rules and they will treat you as best as they can. I have had no trouble and my pain is under control. At least as good as can be expected.

Worst Dr that I have ever been to they don't care about helping people in pain ! I had all kinds of reports from other doctors that I see proving my chronic pain and they would not look at any paper work and x rays.They told me to leave because I tried CBD oil for my chronic pain and that the Dr would never seen me because I use CBD. STAY AWAY !

The office manager, Kim, is extremely rude to me and the rest of the patients. All of the patients complain about her as well. Dr. Roig is a good doctor, but Kim treats patients horribly and has absolutely no sympathy/empathy for the subjects. If Dr. Roig found a new office manager, I (and other patients) would be much more likely to return here.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I do like the doctor but Kim who works in the office is one of the rudest people I have ever met. While sitting in waiting room others were commenting on how rude she is. They DO NOT take emergency situations, you have to go to the ER. And DO NOT WAIT to long to schedule for injections because they will let you sit in pain until your scheduled date, no matter what even if you have been admitted to the hospital with issues. Very Unsatisfied with customer service.

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!
