I am new to the area and had something going on with my eyes that worried me tremendously. I called the doctor's office late Friday afternoon. I talked to a technician and the receptionist about my concerns and they were helpful. They made an appointment for me early Monday morning but told me if certain things happened to call the hospital for the Doctor on call. I was very worried. The next thing I knew Dr. Geisert called me Friday night and left a voice mail and Saturday morning asking me if I could come in Saturday morning so I would not have to worry all weekend. This was not the Doctor on call !He didn't know me . Are there really doctors like this in this day and time? What a relief. His office was closed for business but he took time out of his Saturday morning to open the office to see me so that I could have a peaceful weekend! Unbelievable! I am so grateful to him for going that extra mile - for a stranger! Thank you Doctor Geisert...I was so relieved and I am forever grateful to you for your kindness and consideration to me and for your dedication to your profession.
