I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. He has many patients with serious concerns and he takes time to address those. He is very popular.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They really go above and beyond in making me feel valued and important. I have to say this is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Dr. Watkins is old school - caring, a good listener and filled with compassion. I've been seeing him since I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 7 years ago...and I'm still here :)

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I'll definitely be going back.
