I have been going to Dr. Kurylas for years, but this past year, the billing department is a nightmare. I am seriously thinking of switching Doctors because of it. I went for a preventive care visit 6 months ago, and I have repeatedly been getting bills when my insurance company says I don't owe anything. I have called and emailed numerous times and even scanned and emailed my EOB. I keep telling the billing dept. to call Carefirst. Nobody ever returns my call, and today I got the same bill again - for the third time! This was only a Well Visit. Can you imagine if I had something seriously wrong with me?
