I'm sad to say that I'm going to have to leave Dr.Sokal's practice. I have been a patient of hers since I was 12. I'm now 34 and have called twice in the last year for an appointment only to leave voice mails during business hours with no returned calls. I left a message yesterday at 1:10PM with my house number and cell phone number. It's over 24 hours later and I haven't heard from the office. I have a primary care physician so that I don't have to go to Express care/ Patient First. However, that's where I've ended up because I needed treatment. This time is a little more serious because it seems as though I have gall bladder issues and now I'm in search of a new doctor at time when I would have liked to seen someone I was comfortable with.
