I recently had a business dealing with Harold. He was brazen enough to say that he hadn't used a similar product for 24 years and as if to garner support for his asking for a full refund, he touted he was 65 years old.

I was even more surprised when after we offered to waive part of our return fees (taking into account that he is 65 years old, having all the good judgment, wisdom, and ethical nature one would expect of a person his age) he bandied words such as antagonism, noting his years of business experience, your customer loyalty, etc.

He also took the trouble to not-tell-the-truth about us and my company.

I seriously doubt that Harold would be so gracious in fully returning a customer’s paid fee if after he took a number of sessions from you he asked for a 100% refund.

Looking on the internet about Harold Goodman, one can easily find many, many of his writings--mostly about himself and about his self-acclaimed talents. The common thread in much of what he writes is that the other guy is wrong and that he is right.

That's a good holistic approach, Harold.

I strongly recommend anyone seeking professional help stay away from this person.

I have used this doctor over many years whenever I have muscular-skeletal issues. He has also treated my 2 children as babies after their first (and last) ear infections. He is a healer and, I recently discovered, a long-time medical acupuncturist as well. He is always updating his knowledge through weekend trainings.

There is not often any significant wait time in this office. I frequently refer people Dr. Goodman. The location is convenient and easy to find, the office staff is helpful/pleasant. I feel lucky to have Dr. Goodman as a health resource.

No, there was no annoying music

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
