After seeing a chiropractor for a couple years for my lower back pain and not getting results that lasted until the next appointment only 2 weeks later, I got a recommendation to visit a DO and was referred to Dr. Sue Chen. She listened to me carefully and examined my X-Rays and me and mapped out a treatment plan. Within a couple short months I went from believeing I would have to live with my chronic back pain for the rest of my life, to being pain-free. She has worked wonders for my life and my wellness. I highly recommend a DO, and Dr. Sue Chen specifically. She has brought me back to a life without back pain.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
